IT Development, Consulting / Management Service Policy.

Any Development Service including Web Development, Mobile App Development & Software Development will comply with the Government of India IT Serve Law.

Any implementation of a Third Party in the development Projects is under Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited and You are not allowed to contact/consult with them or disclose any information of the development of your project unless and until the said third party is referred by you.

Change of source codes/intervention of any other service provider or freelancer without our authorization will be treated as unauthorized access & services may get terminated/suspended with immediate effect.

Server Management Service which includes AWS Cloud Server Management, Google Cloud Server Management, Cloud Hosting, Linux / Windows Shared Hosting, Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform, Digital Ocean Droplet Management will be solely managed by Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited, we don’t take any server management responsibility if any third-party company is accessing the same server. If the server is issued/allotted by Our company we may approve/reject the request of accessing the server as per the requirement.

We do not allow migration of data from our servers via third-party if you wish to migrate your data, you need to contact us via registered email or raising a support ticket, Our Domain & Server Admin team will carry out the process of migration to your desired platform and this migration service is chargeable ranging between $200 to $5000 excluding applicable taxes depending on the complexity of data.

IT Consulting Projects will comply with our privacy policy and will work according to the following policies:

• Applicable Vendors Service Level Agreement.
• End Providers Service Level Agreement.
• Applicable Third-Party Service Level Agreement
• Signed Non-Disclosure Agreement by Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited.
• Signed Memorandum Of Understanding between You and Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited.

IT Renewal Policy

Any Developed Portals / Apps / Software’s will be treated as ONE and will be renewed at once including all its associated services which may include Paid Themes, Premium Plugins, Third-Party API’s, Domains, Servers / Hosting’s, Cyber Security Services, IT Auditing Services, Cloud Backup Services, Digital Certificates, Source Codes which includes Premium Support, Bulk SMS (Promotional as well as Transactional), Business Emails, SMTP / IMAP / POP Services, Transactional Emails. We do not allow individual service renewal as we are not selling these services individually. Failure to renew any of the included services is liable for the termination/suspension of the whole developed portal/apps/software & all its associated services or included services even if it is active.

Digital / Online Marketing Policy

Our Digital Marketing Partners are Facebook, Google, Instagram, Microsoft, Hotstar, Quora, Twitter, Linkedin & Pinterest, all your marketing campaigns must comply with particular digital marketing end service provider partner/partners Terms of service. You must know that Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited is just the mediator to deliver these marketing services in the easiest way. If your campaign does not comply with the Terms of service of these platforms your ad account will face an immediate suspension or maybe a legal action by these platforms, we don’t take any responsibility for any dispute which may arise in your business operations due to the account suspension.

It is your sole responsibility to provide all your information accurately and authentic for billing / operations purpose.

Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited will apply a service charge on the requested advertising services which will be declared in the Advertising Service Level Agreement / Memorandum of Understanding if applicable.

Payment Terms of Digital Marketing Services will be declared in the Advertising Service Level Agreement / Memorandum of Understanding if applicable.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services terms of services including payment terms & scope of work will be declared in the SEO Service Level Agreement / Memorandum of Understanding if applicable.

Digital / Online Marketing Renewal Policy

Renewal of Digital Marketing Services will be according to the previously signed agreement and agreed terms.

All the marketing contracts will be of a minimum 1 Months duration and a maximum of 5 months duration.

Designing / Creative Services Policy

All the designs/creatives will comply with the copyright law and we strictly do not allow any copyright infringement.

Designs / Creatives will face a maximum of 5 Revisions subject to the agreed/signed contract if applicable. 

Designing / Creatives Renewal Policy

There is no renewal policy for these services as it does not require any renewals.

Business Incorporation Services Policy

Firm Registration / Company Registration / MSME Registration /Partnership Registration / GST Registration services will be carried out by our Government Registered Partner firm and these registration services will work according to the Government of India / State Policy.

You must submit all the relevant details requested by the government to process your application.

Approval / Rejection of your application is subject to the GOI, We do not take any responsibility if GOI does not approve your application based on the details provided by you.

It is your sole responsibility to provide all your information accurately and authentic.

Business Incorporation Renewal Policy

There is no renewal policy for these services as it does not require any renewals.

PR & Reputation Management Services Policy

These service conditions will be declared in the service level agreement/memorandum of understanding.

Circumventing Systems Policy

If you try to bypass the security checks / KYC Processes / Systems checks of Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited in terms of already suspended/terminated accounts, services, or indulges into prohibited services we will suspend/terminate your account/services again and may go for legal action.
