By requesting a quotation, receiving Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited services, accepting unpaid or paid Tax Invoices or Proforma Invoice/Signing Up to Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited we assume that you agree & accept this payment policy. Do not continue to use Fouses Websites or its associated services if you do not agree to take all of the payment policy terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

For duration or timing related clauses we follow GMT (+5:30) Time Zone.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Mobile Wallets, Cheque Payments, and Cash Deposits at our Billing Department with relevant invoices.

Responsibility for Payment

Clients are solely responsible for making payments from their own bank accounts or their company or firm bank accounts. All payments must originate from authentic and genuine sources only, and our company will not accept any funds received from unauthorized sources.

Authorized Payment Accounts

Payments can only be made to the allotted bank accounts, QR code, or by allotted payment links, with the exception of cheque and cash payments.

Limit on Number of Payment Accounts

Under normal KYC, customers may use a maximum of three bank accounts to make payments. If more than three bank accounts are used, our company may require certain documents to ensure the authenticity of the payment or may flag the business under the High Risk Business category.

Payment Due Date

All unpaid invoices or proforma invoices have a maximum due date of fifteen (15) days by default, including Bank & Public holidays.

In the event that a client has entered into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the company, the deadline specified within the agreement shall take effect, rendering the default due date inapplicable for the specific service and client for the duration stipulated in the SLA.

Late Payment Penalty

If payments are made after the due date, a penalty of 2% per month will be incurred for three months from the invoice date on the total invoice value.

Further Late Payment Penalty

If payments are made after three months from the invoice date, a penalty of 3% per month will be incurred on the total invoice value of the previous month, including penalty if any.

Chargeback Responsibility

In case of chargebacks, the client is responsible for reimbursing the full payment, which includes the Total Invoice value, Penalty, chargeback fee, and Legal expenses if any.

A chargeback fee of 5000 INR + Taxes will be applied for Indian transactions, and a chargeback fee of 100 USD will be applied for transactions outside of India.

Chargeback Process

Once a dispute is raised by your financial institution or by law enforcement agency, they will inform Fouses Business Solutions Private Limited and we will take the following action:

  • Notify you via email / legal notice that your dispute is received.
  • Collects details & evidence and documents provided by you.
  • Submit the details to your financial institution/law enforcement agencies.

Based on the reply we receive from the financial institution/law enforcement agencies we will take further action which may include termination/suspension of full or partial services, a continuation of service, or strict legal action if required.

Management Discretion

The company management reserves the full right to waive off the penalty fully or partially in certain special cases with genuine reasons upon request.
